Community Corners

Comments:
Nice and sunny today. Change of pace, went up the campus and ran from there out to Community Corners on Triphammer, then came back by A Lot and cut through North Campus back to the track. Felt pretty good had a nice pace going through the quads. Hit the wind here and there and that slowed me down a bit. Still lots of folks out, tried to keep my distance.

Essentials: Stretch

Quick stretch at the track then came back. Hungry and thirsty afterwards, important to hydrate during the day even if Im sitting around.
