Comments:
Trying to grind today. It was so nice out though. Took the time to get out and up to campus. Ran up Stewart through Arts Quad, then down Gun Hill. I took the street over the sidewalks on the way back through Fall Creek. Its fun when there is no traffic to worry about. Felt pretty good coming back around but the hills were hard today.
Essentials: Stretch
Mild stretch when I returned. Just not all that sore or tight today.
