Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Productive today. It is nice to stop at 4 and go for a run though. Just a beautiful day earlier, but notice that clouds coming in in the afternoon. Took the hills hard today, then eased up on the downhills. Again, lots of folks out I had to focus on avoiding people.
Essentials: Stretch
Minimal stretch when I returned. I think I shook out enough on the way back down the hill. Wouldnt mind a longer run thrown in there if the weather is good. I think my legs are up for it.
