Solid afternoon run. Good pace finished up strong. Felt like lots of folks were out again today.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched on the back porch cause it was sunny. Knees and hammies a bit tight and sore on the run. Need to work them out as mileage goes up. Where does my roller keep disappearing to?
