Back out to it. I was tired today stayed up late. Went over to Stewart then kept going to Kline and came back down Cayuga. Hills were tough. Town still pretty quiet. It was windy which made it chilly going out.
Essentials: Stretch
Still a bit sore afterwards. Not running yesterday must have hit me hard. Hope weather improves looking for a long run.
