Comments:
Up to campus to run. Nice and sunny day still a tad bit chilly... Headed up to the plantations and hit the trails. Felt in sync today. Had to keep an eye on the roots though. Finished up around Beebe lake. It was pretty crowded over there.
Essentials: Stretch, stick roller
Got a good stretch and roll in the parking lot. Needed that hammies and IT feeling a little bit more normal but still some tightness. Upped mileage is sustained now and 5 feels pretty normal.
