Weather: high 30s and a little breezy
Comments:
12 300s with 100 jog/minute rest at mile pace, 50, 50, 49, 49, 49, 49, 49, 49, 49, 49, 49, 47. Pretty tight to start, calves/achilles and hammies. First 5 or so got progressively harder which got me a little worried but got in a good rhythm after 6 and starting running relaxed. Jog wound up pretty useless around 8, couldn't catch my breath at all. Lactic acid got awful the last three but stayed composed. Good work, both achilles are pretty sore though
