Comments:
Nice run up to the bike path. I continued on today towards burns to add on an extra mile. There were folks out. Felt pretty smooth and consistent today. I was super sleepy right before I left though. Starting to be bored.
Essentials: Stretch, stick roll
I didnt stretch much yesterday but wasnt too tight today. Actually roll was good too but didnt feel too tight afterwards either.
