Originally, today was supposed to be an off-day but I figured tonight would be a great night to grind out the senior paper, so I ran this morning instead. Did this classic loop of mine in reverse. Honestly, I thought it was nice to mix things up and run south on the CCT from Bethesda for once. Did Pushups, Heel-toe walks, and Superpeople before and stretched afterward.
