Comments:
Did this with Oliver at Whitman, felt pretty good, nice and smooth. I lead the odd reps and Oliver lead the even. Encouraged us to dial the pace back a bit from Oliver's initial goal of 2:30, and we aimed for 2:35 to 2:40. Did a good job at hitting those. The fifth one was kind of a fluke–Oliver wanted to try increasing speed every 100 and we ended up running a bit faster overall than we wanted to.
Definitely worth hopping the fence at the Whitman track to get on there. It's definitely the nicest track in the area despite the tough wind on the backstretch.
