Hmm still felt lazy this morning but I think I found another gear. Worked right up to running got out a little late perhaps. That hastened my pace felt pretty good around. Tried to keep my distance from others and just pushed the pace. Came up around the police station to finish up.
Essentials: Stretch
Feeling pretty sore and in the mood for a good stretch when I got back. Stuckout the roller a little bit too. ITs and hammies kinda tight.
