I don't specifically know what this ment so I took it to mean just tempo pace. Since it's the first week I just did 20 minnutes. It felt weird to be tempoing again. I think I started out a little fast but eased in by the end. I didn't make it quite all the way back to where I started (I did and out and back) but the way back is pretty up hill so thats not a bad thing. My legs were pretty tired from the leg lifting yesterday which also probably affected things. All in all a good run for the first tempo.
