Comments:
Ran alone and just jammed to my ipod teh whole time. Got through some good songs. Felt pretty good the whole time. My shoes keep coming untied which maddens me. Ran the new trail again with a lap of my development to add some extra distance. Probably a little fast cuz I was alone.
