Comments:
Since I have weights I'm just doing the first week the whole time
3 times through 1 circut
Pushupsx20
(Breaks on the second and third sets. The circuts wear me down big time)
Pullups 9,4,3
(One more on the last two sets than last week which is encouraging)
Shoulder Press x 15 with 15
(Didn't take a break the whole time which was sweet. Progress alwas tastes good)
Bench Dips x 30
(Tried to get to 25 without stopping on each set. I did but it about killed my arms. I'll try to work up to 30 as the weeks go on)
Straight Bar Curl x 15 with 45
(Didn't take any breaks here either which was nce. My arms were dead after thoug)
Extra Lifts
Calf Raises 3x20 with 45 on machine
(Calves seized up less than last time. I feel like I'm making progress here)
DB Arm Runs 2x100 with 5
(My arms were shot by this exercise. I was moving really slow. Just like at the end of races)
General Comments:
Took a drink between each set. This upped the rest between sets some. Probably should get rid of that. Other than that good workout. Killed my arms
