For some reason, this way ended up being longer. Regardless, solid run. No strength today. I was meant to do striders, but I accidentally stretched upon arriving home and decided it would be no good to do them afterward. Tomorrow I have some 200s and then the rest of the week is super chill.
A year ago today I broke 5 at Draper. What a race that was! Tough season, but it wasn't for nothing.
