9 mile run on the canal path loop at 6:52 pace! Felt great. Splits were: 7:05, 7:16, 6:24, 6:00, 7:11, 7:14, 7:06, 6:51, 6:43. Ran a hard 1.5 miles in the middle on the canal path.
