Comments:
Went for another hike at lunch time and I was drained before running. Went nice and slow today, just shaking out on the flats. Didnt feel like pushing it. I was actually pretty sore after yesterdays mileage. Came back on a zig zag.
Essentials: Stretch
No issues stretching, not as sore as last night. I think the shake out was right on par. Still thought my weekly mileage would be higher this week.
