Trying to be productive today. Comes in waves it seems... It was also kinda gloomy out and colder than expected. Put in the work up on the recway though. Up and down held my pace the whole time, just working to get myself reset. Felt pretty good after a slog yesterday.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch and rehydration when I returned. After the crazy weather this weekend I am looking forward to some warmer and more stable running weather. That has been quite enjoyable.
