Comments:
8 miles around Chili. Did a 2 mile warm up and then got 5 out of 6 Strava segments :) I missed the 6th because I stopped to stretch for 2 minutes and it recorded that time. Still a fun run. Felt good. Splits were: 6:45, 5:45, 6:06, 6:10, 8:16, 7:11. Basically ran 800, 800, 1600, 1600, 1600, 800 hard with some jogging mixed in. Nice day out!
