Comments:
Got out a little bit before it started raining. Little slower today, went up Cayuga then across the Farmers Market, then came about through Taber St. Legs a bit heavy after yesterdays long run so it was good to shake out. Also I had the wind against me on the way back, had to dig deep as the rain came in.
Essentials: Stretch
Yea didnt stretch all that much. Probably should have more. I got stuck at a lot of lights so that kinda broke up my tempo today. Glad to get over 30 this week.
