Comments:
It was just a really nice day today. Continuing the grind. Lots of folks out playing tennis and basketball. Again, didnt feel great had to push myself along but glad I went the extra distance.

Essentials: Stretch

Mild stretch when I returned. Feeling tight. I just need more time and when I finish up to actually be diligent with stretching. Been feeling kinda sore here and there.
