Stewart Park

Comments:
I had real bad work motivation in the afternoon. Went and ran at the same time anyways. Started from Farmers Market and went around Stewart Park then up Fravils path to Cayuga Heights Rd, Stewart, and down Cascadilla. Legs were a little heavy again today. Will take a while to adjust to the heat. The weather is real nice and everyone knows it. Stewart Park packed, lots of traffic. People are out and about, but there is nothing to do... I believe we are over the first wave and we can start some stuff but people still need to be careful. Things have been disrupted and set back. Everything except for my running, which has really taken off.

Essentials: Stretch

Weak stretch when I got back since I was so sweaty. I think I need to stretch more and better since legs have been heavy, and ITs are a little tight too.
