Comments:
Ran 9 miles in the morning at 7 AM and got 4 Strava segment course records :) Did a 1 mile warm-up and then a continuous run with an 800 - 2 mile - 2.5 mile tempo in the middle. Felt great. My splits after the warm-up were: 7:14, 6:40, 6:21, 9:02, 6:27, 6:06, 6:56, 8:15.
