Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today was a scorcher. Didnt stay all that focused but waited until after dinner to head out. By then sun was down and it was a little bit more manageable. Havnt run at night in a while. I took it slow, legs felt heavy. Started around Taber St then did the waterfront trail and came back down Dey and Cayuga. Even though legs were a little shaky I think I held the pace well. Mostly digested today, but it was nice to get back.
Essentials: Stretch
Minimal stretch since I was soaked still. I was kinda tight today, may need another good shake out run. Its gonna be hot again tomorrow apparently, but then get more reasonable. I shouldnt complain since it snowed a few weeks age
