Comments:
It wasnt as bad today so I went at regular time. Noticed that shade and breeze helped a lot. I was still feeling kinda slow today, legs heavy. Coming down the hill was nice. There were not a lot of people out either. Maybe folks starting to leave town for the summer.
Essentials: Stretch
Fine stretch, I think I need to roll a bit. Dont have my roller though. IT was tight starting out but then it was fine.
