Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Took the kayaks out today and got into the sun a little bit. Pushed the long run to tomorrow. Headed out normal time, went to Commons first to see if there were any demonstrations. Looks like the caravan was the main organized event. I turned up State then ran Stewart to Gun Hill and came back on Tioga. The hill kinda sucked, before that legs were actually feeling alright. Dont want to tire them out too much before long run. Thats why for the rest just focused on staying smooth. It was a nice release from what has been a pretty crazy week with lots of subconscious mental toll.
Essentials: Stretch
Yea stretched out fine. Legs a little heavy still from going up State st. Two easy days is nice though.
