Unfortunately still trying to stay off my Achilles. Did get some new shoes, so some positive outlook. Had issues with these Ghosts, and they didnt have my size of Launch, so I made a switch to NB! Wow been running in Brooks for almost a decade. But hey fuck that everything is crazy now, why not make a change and see what happens. They felt comfortable anyways, looking forward to getting back out there. Taking a whole week off after being in such a nice groove feels weird. Got some exercise and enjoyed the weather in the kayaks this afternoon though.
