Comments:
Brian said it would be fine to use the prep track with him, so workout was originally 3x(5x400) at 70-72 with 100 jog rest and 400 jog after 5. Got about 6 into it when brian who was coming back in got kicked out by the prep president so left pre-emptively and just ran with roni and josh around the campus. 400s were 72, 70, 70, 71, 70, 70. Loops around the campus were 6:07, 5:34, 5:22, 4:56. At least it's something.
