Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Shake out today. Just grinding in the dungeon. Is this what its all about going forward? IDK just glad I could get out and get some fresh air. Ran around down to the strip then came back on King St. Both calves were kinda tight, but I didnt feel the strained Achilles. Struggled though, going to take a while to get it going again, especially on the hills finishing up. I still like running around Ithaca more, better routes and more variety but hey this is what it is right now.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll and cool down. It was kinda warm but not wicked hot today. Shoes feeling good still nice and light but they are starting to mold into shape.
