Comments:
It felt much hotter today. I went out right in mid afternoon, sun was out. Since I toned down the mileage, it was tougher to sustain my pace today. Not great timing with the shift in the weather. Its summer time now. Ran down the shorter way, across the highway, then just did an 800 on the track and came back. Only one other dude was there. I could have gone shirtless on the way back for sure. I think I slowed down a little bit up the hill. Heels felt ok today, maybe a little sore at the end when I got back. I think all around strength is what I need.

Essentials: Stretch

Got back and stretched outside. I was drenched in sweat though it was gross. Had to cool off first before fitting in some rolling to loosen up. Not too sore or tight from taking yesterday off. Just feeling slow.
