Comments:
Just a short shake out through town today. Came back down Aurora. It was a boring drive and I felt restless when I got back, so I shake out is just what I needed. Legs feeling pretty good but I took it nice and easy today.
Essentials: Stretch
Simple stretch and rehydration when I got back. Its good to be back upstate I think I can focus on building mileage and endurance back up. I feel like I lost a lot more then I should taking those few weeks down.
