Comments:
So sleepy feeling before heading out. We went kayaking again in the morning, good session and the sun drained me. Its summer baby. Once I got running though it came back and I got into a good groove. Went down to Seneca and ran up the whole thing this time to get to Collegetown. I wanted to go up to campus but was too lazy to drive there. Kept going up the hill to see old CTB which is just flatout demoed right now... Pace was ok so I went through the Arts Quad then came back down University and Aurora. I like these runs where you just pull it out even though it seems like such a daunting task beforehand. It was pretty hot out in the afternoon too.
Essentials: Stretch
Weak stretch, need to roll soon. Everything feel alright though, didnt push the pace too hard but there were lots of tough hills today.
