Getting back to the grind today. It felt great to sleep in a bed starting to feel fresh again. Not saying camping wasnt fun though it was for sure! Kinda sore starting out, especially outer edge of my foot. Feels bad without shoes but OK with shoes on? Went out Cayuga and came back on Tioga and Cascadilla and Geneva. It was hot, a little stuffy, but I held the pace. Probably wound up from not running much past few days.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back, need to ice and roll my foot though I bet, keep an eye on all my soreness.
