Comments:
Hot again today just feel lazy. Went up to campus and tried to push through it. Started out on Pine Tree and came back on the bike path, with an add on down to Collegetown. It was hot, but I started out well and felt it coming back up the hill.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch for sure. I was sore in the IT past few days and I think that running was good reset today. Low mileage this week but its pretty hot.
