Comments:
Ooof got a lot of work this week. It was hot but I pushed through the run. Cut behind the high school then tried to hold my pace back down Linn St. I think I was pretty consistent up until the end. Sweat a lot. I was sore this morning but felt much looser after running.

Essentials: Stretch

Kinda stretched, I bet I need to roll too. Hope to get a standard schedule this week of work and run. Taking a few days off last week kinda threw my pace off.
