Comments:
Rained all day, cooled us down a little bit but still hot and humid and that got to me. Felt good going out but started to feel tired and hungry on the way back. Muscled through it though and did alright. Legs real sore this morning and they were still sore today.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch, but mostly I was just trying to rehydrate. Need to roll out soon and stretch some more. ITs are tight.
