Comments:
Got out today after getting a little side tracked. I put the effort in today, especially up the hills. Came down University and then along Buffalo, just to switch it up a little bit. This week has been tough but I have been getting some decent runs in, even if they arent that long.
Essentials: Stretch
Got a ok stretch in, legs still a little tightened. Hills werent as hard hitting as I thought today.
