Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was hot again today, felt like my brain was just sitting there and melting. I didnt want be productive at all today. Im telling myself I need a little mental break since its been a constant stream since this whole shit started. Thats just fine. Got myself out in the evening to run which was so so great. I think I needed that too. Started out on Stewart, came down University, then went Cascadilla and Corn back to add on a little because I felt good. Really think I picked up the pace on the way back.
Essentials: Stretch
Decent stretch but I want to feel the fizz from the run. Legs were sore from hiking and not running so its good to get some stability and balance back.
