Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I had to run at night again. Hot hot hot and pooped out today. The night runs are nice and refreshing in fact. Not a lot of mileage but a good reset for me at least. I went out Taber St first, then cruized back on the waterfront trail to Dey St. Then came back down Cayuga. I went fast today, held up the pace, didnt encounter any cramps either after dinner.
Essentials: Stretch
Mild stretch when I got back because I was tired. Need to roll out sometime, feeling a little tight in the ITs and knees lately.
