Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Shaking off the rust, wasn’t planning on going too fast, but was still somewhat challenging since I haven’t done anything hard since April. Splits were 6:15, 6:25, 6:28. Kind of frustrating to work what felt like decently hard, but not run very fast, but it's a good start and a classic kind of feel for the first hard day of the summer.
