Also hot and draining run today, especially coming back on Aurora. Week was kinda weird with the ACS meeting, just another slog these days. Felt good to get out in the end though, even with the struggle.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch and rehydration. Maybe drank a little too much too quickly.
