Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Trek back upstate today. I packed up everything and rolled out. An odd ending but it felt like the right time. I feel like this experience was one of a burnout and mixed in with COVID it turned out cosmically confluent. Hard to describe, career and science wise it was great but I knew for sure my mental health and future was not at the lab and on LI. And in the pandemic I know thats just as important. After unloading all my stuff, took a short run down to Conway park then across to Fall Creek a little before coming back on Tioga. Felt pretty good considering I didnt run that much this week. Felt natural and like I was missing something.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch but I was super dehydrated when I got back too. Needed to recover that didnt drink enough on the drive (I just barreled through mindlessly. I wont miss that drive either it sucks). Looking to get back to a writing and running groove again before another shaking up move.
