Comments:
Forced myself out today. Weather was great. Started out at a simple pace and went all the way up across the arts quad. Had a mask on so it took a while to get used to that. Came across the bridge then down Willard and University then back Court and Geneva. Picked up the last half mile or so and had a strong, strong pace. It was great to finish hard like that.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Ok stretch had to finish up fast. Hammy real tight. I got to the foam roller though that really helped. I like the weather this week can see the turn already. But begs the question, where did the summer go? What a weird summer indeed.
