Comments:
Just Peter and me on this classic 'ford loop; my first time running it since I arrived. Stretched a bit. Strength on my own was Planks and Pleg lifts, calf raises, and superpeople. The frosh collectively did 3 mins meditation and Waterfall pushups (you go around in a circle, one person does a pushup at a time while the rest wait in a high plank). Can I get a heyyuh for classes starting tomorrow?!?!
