Comments:
3k, 3k, 1k, 1k on the track since i'm so sick of roads and the grass at the high school was swampland due to rain/melted snow. really windy and kinda cold, but still pretty happy: 10:35, 10:23, 3:20, 3:20. not too happy with the 1k's but when it's cold out it's the faster stuff that goes downhill so i'm not too discouraged. 3mi. warm up, 2 miles down.
