Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
The slog continues. Its work, but its not very stimulating or productive, or at least not as much as I know I can be at. Run was about the same. I got through it but the hills were tough. Glad I had a significant downhill, came straight down State St. when I got to the top of Giles. It was deceptively hot and humid out today.

Essentials: Stretch

Short stretch. Legs sore but not tight. Might be from the hills, heat, lack of sleep, the slog. Im looking forward to fall weather though and some nice trail runs.
