Comments:
Felt pretty good throughout the course of the run today. Lingering soreness from yesterday was not an issue. Stretched a bit afterward. Did waterfall pushups and plank with the frosh goats afterward. Strenth this morning was Russian twists, hamstring kickbacks, squats, and Superpeople.
