Comments:
Surprisingly in the zone today, plus the afternoon walk was nice. Weather is pretty crisp. I started out with a good pace went all the way to the outdoor track, then came back on Aurora and Albany. I was a little bit tired and winded on the way back. I am glad I took an off day yesterday though I guess I needed it a bit. Got my legs back under me today.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch outside, legs not to sore or weak like they were feeling last week. I hope to be a little more consistent this week with good mileage and not take too many short shake out days.
