Comments:
Another nice weather day. Took a walk at lunch then got out in the later end of the afternoon. Hills were easy today. Took it down Gun Hill and back on Tioga today. Lots of people out couldnt always keep my distance. Legs felt good all around.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch, realized I was pretty hungry and thirsty when I got back. Feeling like I am still in the grind hurdling towards some reckoning. Hang in there.
