Reverse South Hill Recway

Another nice weather day. Decided to switch it up a little bit and go up to the recway backwards. Its a tough climb up the hill for sure. I pushed it too and then took it a little easier downhill. Felt a little more focused and hopeful today. Translated it into a solid little run. Lots of folks out there today.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Short stretch and rehydration. Rolling helped, felt a little bit better, not that I needed it but I have been pounding the roads as of late and my legs can tell.
